Rosalia
Rosalia Vila also known as Rosalia is a Spanish Pop/Flamenco performer. Since she was a teen, she has worked in both the traditional and popular music. But, her singing interests have broadened to encompass soul and hip-hop. Her voice has been said by no less talented than flamenco guitarist Pepe Habichuela as sharp and sweet and with a bite that is similar to those of the past. El Mal Querer is her second album, that was released in the year 2018, and has been a commercial and critical success. After Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, got a Latin Grammy for Best New Artist as well as a Latin Grammy nod. In 2021, her song La Fama with The Weeknd came out. Motomami was her third full-length album. It included songs written in collaboration with other artists and producers, including Cory Henry. The release date was March 20, 2022, following the performance of Chicken Teriyaki by Saturday Night Live. Rosalia was the very first Spanish artist to have performed alone on the popular program. Motomami was the only woman in the history of music to be a recipient of the Latin Album of the Year twice, as well as three Latin Grammy Awards.
